While we work with accredited laboratories, the testing facility used for your sample may, at our discretion, be located outside of the United States. Countries we currently use as potential labs are: Canada.
International Processing: You acknowledge and consent that your DNA samples and associated personal information may be processed by laboratories located in countries other than the United States. IdentityTrust DNA conducts appropriate due diligence to vet all laboratory partners, however, data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in the United States.
Laboratory Vetting: While IDentityTrust DNA takes reasonable steps to vet and select reputable laboratory partners, we do not assume responsibility or liability for the specific practices, security measures, or data handling procedures of third-party testing facilities.
Consent to International Transfer: By using our services, you explicitly consent to the potential international transfer and processing of your DNA samples and personal information by our selected laboratory partners.
